How to make Paneer Tikka at home

PANEER TIKKA Craving restaurant-style Paneer Tikka at home? Try this delicious Paneer Tikka recipe that you can make with just a handful of ingredients.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAIN DISH 200 grams paneer, 1 capsicum, 1 onion and oil for cooking.

INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION 4 tbsp curd, ยฝ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, ยฝ tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi, ยฝ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp mustard oil and salt.

STEP 1 In a bowl, add curd, black pepper powder, chaat masala, kasuri methi, red chilli powder, lemon juice, besan, ginger garlic paste and salt. Give a mix.

STEP 2 Heat mustard oil in a pan until it gives out smoke. Pour the hot oil on the masala mixture and mix well to prepare a marinade

STEP 3 Chop the paneer, onion and capsicum into squares.

STEP 4 Take a bamboo skewer and make paneer tikka by inserting the paneer, onion and capsicum in a sequence in the skewer.

STEP 5 Heat 1-2 tbsp oil on a grill pan and place the tikkas on it. Cook from all sides until golden brown in colour. You can also cook the tikka on a grill or tandoor.

READY TO BE SERVED Serve the Paneer Tikkas with some Mint Chutney on the side for a wholesome combo.
