Swara Bhasker cries inconsolably as man reads dua during her vidai, WATCH
Bollywood actor Swara Bhasker married beau Fahad Ahmad under the Special Marriage Act in February. The couple recently hosted their wedding reception which saw attendance of political leaders of various outfits including Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal and SP leader and veteran actor Jaya Bachchan.
Now, a video of Swara Bahsker from her vidai ceremony has gone viral. The video shows actress getting teary-eyed as a person reads a poem during the ceremony. Swara looks mesmerising in a pink lehenga and gold jewellery. She is seen standing beside her husband Fahaad, brother Ishan and mom Ira Bhasker.

Swara Bhasker can be experiencing a whole range of emotions as the actor, held closely by her mother, continues to sob during her vidai. Her brother Ishan Bhasker is seen standing next to her who has his shades on. The actor is also accompanied by her husband Fahaad Ahmed as a person standing in the crowd reads out dua.
The video has been shared by Swara’s friend with the caption, “Seeing off bestie @ReallySwara on her vidai, an emotionally charged and overwhelming moment for all of us…tough guy, Ishan Bhaskar aka Abu, in shades for a reason and the gruff Commodore @theUdayB chose to remain out of frame. Following their court wedding in February, Swara Bhasker and Fahaad Ahmed recently celebrated their union with friends and family in traditional ceremonies including Haldi, mehendi and qawwali night.
Swara has taken everyone with surprise when she announced her wedding with Fahaad Ahmed. She took to Instagram and shared an adorable video in which she chronicled her love story with Fahaad.
“Sometimes you search far & wide for something that was right next to you all along. We were looking for love, but we found friendship first. And then we found each other!” she captioned the post.
