A strange case came to light in Kurthol village of Parsa Bazar police station. The mother of two children of Kurthol village eloped with her uncle and father-in-law on Wednesday last. Troubled by the wife who ran away leaving both the children, the husband went to the Parsa Bazar police station on Thursday and pleaded for help. Told the police that my wife had an illicit relationship with the uncle and father-in-law of the village.
Uncle and father-in-law threatened to kill me on protesting. Three days ago the wife eloped with her uncle and father-in-law leaving behind two children. The police could have done something in this matter that the husband, who returned from the police station, had consumed poison last Friday. The family members admitted him to a private hospital for treatment. The youth died on Saturday during treatment.
In relation to the incident, the relatives of the deceased told that Kundan Singh lived at his ancestral house in Kurthaul with two children and wife. During this, Jaswant Singh, the uncle of Kundan’s village used to visit his house. Kundan’s wife had a love affair with her uncle and father-in-law Jaswant Singh while visiting home. The relationship between the two started being discussed in the entire village. Kundan Singh told in a statement to the Parsa Bazar police station that he used to be very upset due to Jaswant Singh’s illegal relationship with his wife.
People told that when he came home from the police station, he could not tolerate the taunts of the people of the locality and he consumed poisonous substance. In the hospital, Kundan gave a statement to the police that my wife had an illicit relationship with Jaswant Singh and eloped with her uncle. Hurt by this, I have consumed poison. While there, Kundan Singh died during treatment. In this regard, station in-charge Parsa Bazar Mashuk Ali said that on the statement of Kundan, a case of abetment to suicide has been registered against Jaswant Singh and his wife.
