Malaika Arora says she is enjoying the ‘pre-honeymoon’ phase with Arjun Kapoor, revels in ‘sex-symbol’ tag: ‘I love it’

Actor Malaika Arora has revealed about her future plans with boyfriend-actor Arjun Kapoor. Malaika said that she is currently enjoying the “pre-honeymoon phase” of her relationship with Arjun, which they made official in 2019. The actor also talked about how she enjoys being called a “sex symbol.”
Speaking at the India Today Conclave, Malaika spoke about her wedding rumours and said, “Marriage is something which is discussed between two people. If we have to take that plunge, we will think about it and we will decide and we will talk about it. In this moment, we are just loving life. We are enjoying our pre-honeymoon phase.”
Malaika was earlier married to Arbaaz Khan. The couple tied the knot in 1998 and divorced in 2017. Arjun and Malaika have been in a relationship for more than four years and the couple often drops adorable pictures on social media.
Tha actor, who is one of the most-stylish divas of Bollywood, also opened up about her reaction to being called a sex symbol. Malaika said, “I love being called a sex symbol. I have no qualms about being a sex symbol. I would rather be known as a sex symbol than being called Plain Jane. I am very happy and I like that tag.”
Malaika continued, “But I have to keep my head above the water because I know every single day that is probably shoved into my face. And, you know, ‘single mother’. ‘divorced’, I am not going to hop in but it is thrown at my face every single day. So, for me, to stay above the game is very tough. These are probably the insecurities I have to deal with on a daily basis.”
