Hrithik reached his in-laws house on February 27 as planned. Where he made an excuse to take the mobile charger, after some time after the brother-in-law left, it came to know that the minor daughter was nowhere to be found. He lodged a complaint in the police station. When the police recovered and interrogated the minor girl from Ganjbasoda in Vidisha district, she told that her elder sister’s fiance lured her into a love trap and took her away with him, molested her and also threatened her.
Giving information, station in-charge Anoop Singh said that earlier a case was registered under section 363 in this. But on the basis of the statements of the minor girl, sections 354, 342, 506 and POCSO Act have been invoked and the accused Hrithik Chakraborty has been arrested.
