Kamaruddin’s son Bhure Khan, a resident of Basai (Tapukda), had gone to the Jamaat, who returned to his home on September 10 after four months. His three daughters and son-in-law had come to meet him. Kamaruddin’s elder daughter Sabila was married to Naseem’s son Kasim, resident of Sheikhpur (Ferozpur). Second daughter Sakunat was married to Zahid and third daughter Janista was married to Abid.
Zahid and Abid are both brothers, who are residents of Umra (Nagina-Nuh). When Zahid did not show up at home at night, his brother Abid and his * went out to find him. Meanwhile, at around 11 pm, Zahid’s body was found hanging from a tree in the backyard of the house.
When Abid informed about this to his family members, the family members reached Tapukada at around 1.30 am and informed the police. On information, the police took the dead body into their possession and the next day after post-mortem from the medical board, the dead body was handed over to the family members. Police registered the case and investigated the matter thoroughly.
