Sapna Gill had also filed a case against Prithvi Shaw accusing him of assault. After this scuffle, Sapna Gill was arrested by the Oshiwara police station, after which Prithvi Shaw’s friends lodged a complaint.
‘I didn’t know Prithvi Shaw’
Sapna Gill clearly said that Prithvi Shaw beat and abused those people. It was the first time she had met him and didn’t even know who he was. As far as taking selfies is concerned, she did not go to take any, because selfies are taken with friends.
All the allegations made by Prithvi Shaw have been proved false by him. Sapna Gill said that when she went to save her, Prithvi Shaw hit her friend, abused her and also attacked her private part.

Her friends and Sapna went to Gill Barrel Mansion (night club) at around 12.30 pm. He saw her partying in the VIP section. The table next to her was occupied by Prithvi Shaw who had come there late and was partying and drinking.
Eventually, Prithvi Shaw and his associates engage Sapna Gill’s friend in a fight. When Sapna Gill went to save her friend, she also had a fight with him.
