In such a situation, the troubled woman reached the office of Deputy Collector Bairia Atreya Mishra on Monday. After reaching the office, he gave an application to the SDM and pleaded for justice.
The woman alleged that her husband is an alcoholic and has two children. Now she is upset after her brother-in-law refused to marry her. The woman says that now how will she take care of her children as her husband is an alcoholic. In such a situation, while taking action against the brother-in-law, he should be married.
